Terms & Conditions
The terms for CodaRoq downloadable WordPress software, one-time Translation purchases, annual subscriptions, updates and support.
1. Operator and scope
CodaRoq is a product brand operated by Röllin Racing GmbH, Knonauerstrasse 52b, 6330 Cham, Switzerland, UID CHE-186.026.672 (“CodaRoq”, “we”, “us”). These Terms govern the use of our downloadable WordPress software, licence services, updates and support.
For paid online orders, Röllin Racing GmbH is the seller. Payments are processed through WooCommerce using Stripe as payment service provider. Stripe may process payment and fraud-prevention data under its own terms and privacy policy.
2. Products and purchase plans
CodaRoq software is distributed under the licence stated in each package. A paid annual subscription purchases authenticated access to the Pro download, licence service, updates and the support included with the selected plan during the paid subscription period.
- Single Site: one active WordPress installation.
- Business: up to five active WordPress installations.
Licence keys are confidential account credentials. They may not be published, resold separately or shared outside the permitted installations.
2a. Translation Package — one-time purchase
CodaRoq Translation Package is a one-time purchase of CHF 100 for one website. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The purchased plugin version remains locally usable without an MCP subscription. The purchase key provides one activation for available official download and update services while the purchase entitlement remains valid.
The optional Translation MCP integration requires CodaRoq MCP 1.6.0 or newer and a separate active Commerce or Enterprise subscription. Ending that MCP subscription disables the MCP integration, while local translation administration and existing translations remain available. External AI and client charges are separate. No perpetual support or future-development guarantee is included.
The plugin code remains GPL-2.0-or-later. The activation limit concerns the official commercial services and does not restrict rights granted by the software licence.
3. Prices, taxes and payment
Displayed prices are shown in the currency stated on the product page. The total payable for the order is shown before purchase. Where taxes or other legally required charges apply and are configured for the order, they are displayed in the checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; full payment-card details are not stored by CodaRoq.
4. Automatic renewal and cancellation
Paid CodaRoq Documents Pro and MCP Commerce/Enterprise subscriptions renew automatically every 12 months at the price shown for the selected plan unless cancelled before the next scheduled renewal. The stored payment method is charged through Stripe for the renewal.
You may cancel future renewal from the subscription controls made available in your customer account, where supported, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges and normally leaves the subscription and associated licence access active until the end of the already paid period. After expiry, authenticated Pro downloads, new activations, updates and included support may end.
5. Delivery and accounts
After confirmed payment, the customer receives access instructions, a licence key and, where applicable, an authenticated download. The purchaser must provide a working email address and keep account details secure. Service messages concerning the order, licence, security, renewal and expiry are transactional and cannot always be disabled while the service is active.
6. Acceptable use
You must not abuse the licensing or update endpoints, circumvent activation limits, use the service to attack third parties, upload unlawful content or interfere with availability. We may temporarily restrict access required to protect the service, investigate abuse or comply with law.
7. AI-assisted features
Some optional Pro features can transmit user-selected document content to an AI provider configured by the site administrator. These features require deliberate activation. The customer remains responsible for having a lawful basis to process and transmit content and for not submitting secrets or prohibited data.
8. Availability, warranty and liability
We maintain the service with reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every third-party theme, plugin or hosting environment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data is excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms prospectively when products, law or service providers change. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated where required. Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in the customer’s country. Place of jurisdiction is Cham, Switzerland, where legally permitted.
