Your mailbox
Configure one business mailbox on each WordPress installation. Use TLS IMAP and authenticated SMTP, or the supported Hostinger Mail API. New installations start with empty mailbox and credential fields.
Your permissions
Choose reviewed sending, automatic low-risk new mail and replies, or fully autonomous sending. The administrator’s autonomous switch applies to both new messages and replies, across all review modes. Reading, sending and moving mail have separate permissions.
Your workflow
Inbox categories, readable message previews, a paginated outbox, server Sent folders, archive and moves into existing subfolders, plus development or bug cases. An authorised external agent performs AI work; mailbox synchronisation alone does not generate replies.
One Enterprise entitlement
Download Mail Agent under My account → Licenses with an active Enterprise licence. Eligible website owners also receive the add-on under WooCommerce → Eigene Lizenzen → Schlüssel & Download.
Install CodaRoq MCP 1.6.1+ and Mail Agent 1.1.0 on the target website, then activate the site’s Enterprise key in MCP. The Mail Agent updater reuses this activation. Core and Commerce do not include the MCP mail tools or protected add-on downloads.
Official Mail Agent updates appear in the WordPress update manager when a newer release is published and the Enterprise entitlement is active. The CodaRoq licensing server stays on CodaRoq.
Set up once. Keep your records.
One mailbox per installation: after saving, its address is locked to prevent existing threads and queued drafts from being mixed with another mailbox. Sender name and connection credentials remain editable. In-place upgrades preserve existing settings, encrypted credentials and stored mail records.
Requires WordPress 6.9+, PHP 7.4+, HTTPS and MCP Enterprise. PHP IMAP is required for the IMAP adapter. Hosting, mailbox service and AI-client usage are separate. Scheduled AI work requires an external scheduler.
Plain-text paragraphs stay intact from draft to delivery. Browse live server folders, archive messages or move them into existing subfolders. IMAP moves require server support for UID MOVE. Attachment-content processing, HTML or CC/BCC sending and permanent deletion are not included.
