Useful context gets you to a useful answer.
Choose the route that matches your situation and include enough detail to reproduce or understand the issue. Support terms for paid work are defined in the relevant project or licence agreement.
What do you need help with?
CodaRoq is currently in an early product phase. There is no public self-service customer portal yet, so requests are handled directly.
Custom project support
For an existing CodaRoq project. Include the project name, affected environment and the last action before the issue appeared.
Open request →Pilot plugin support
For an agreed pilot or private build. Include the plugin version, WordPress/WooCommerce versions and a reproducible sequence.
Open request →Pre-project question
For questions about fit, scope or whether a workflow is suitable for a custom plugin. Describe the process rather than a feature list.
Describe the workflow →No public paid CodaRoq plugin is currently available. Public documentation, licence support and update policies will be published with the first release rather than promised in advance.
Include what makes the issue reproducible.
Screenshots can help, but the sequence and environment usually matter more. Remove passwords, access tokens, personal data and confidential customer information before sending anything.
Support checklist
Include as many of these items as apply:
Example request
A compact report makes triage much faster than “it does not work”.
Workflow: Clone product → select source → save
Expected: New draft with copied attributes
Actual: Draft created without values
Repeatable: Yes, on two source products
Recent change: WooCommerce updated yesterday
Sensitive data removed before sending.
Clearer than “always available”.
Support commitments depend on the product or project agreement. Without a specific service level, requests are reviewed during normal Swiss business days and prioritised by impact and reproducibility.
No automatic SLA
A general email request does not create a guaranteed response or resolution time. Agreed service levels, if required, are documented separately.
Safe access first
Do not send WordPress passwords by email. If temporary access is required, the secure method and least-privilege role will be agreed for that case.
For a suspected security issue in CodaRoq software, email info@roellin-racing-shop.ch with “CodaRoq security report” in the subject. Do not publish exploit details or include live credentials.
Ready to send the details?
Keep the request factual, reproducible and free of secrets. That gives the issue the best possible start.
